Kristi Ray

Kristi Ray is an award-winning actress, producer, and co-founder of Honey Head Films, a female-led production company championing bold, character-driven stories. For nearly two decades, she has balanced acclaimed on-screen performances with visionary work behind the camera, becoming a leader in independent film.Her career began with a breakout role in The Virgins, followed by intensive training at the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York. She has since starred in and produced numerous projects, most notably A Song for Imogene (Prime), which won multiple international Best Feature awards and earned Ray a Best Actress nomination before being acquired for worldwide distribution. Dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices, she has mentored dozens of emerging filmmakers and frequently serves as a keynote speaker, panelist, and festival juror. A committed community builder, she continues to lead with purpose, proving that talent, vision, and advocacy can coexist at the highest level of independent film.
